[PCA 2.x] Unable bootup Management Node After Upgraded (Doc ID 3061086.1)

Symptoms

Management Node fails to boot during the PCA 2.4.4.3 upgrade process, ILOM Console shows failed on dracut:

Generating "/run/initramfs/rdsosreport.txt"

Type "journalctl" to view system logs.
You might want to save "/run/initramfs/rdsosreport.txt" to a USB stick or /boot
after mounting them and attach it to a bug report.

Changes

The /etc/lvm/lvm.conf on the Management Node has been modified and a reject rule has been introduced in global_filter.
