Symptoms

 Enterprise Manager (EMOC) reports 100% Bandwidth Utilization on an Exadata Management switch

 

Port Ethernet1/48 has used 100% of its bandwidth. It has crossed warning (80%) or critical (90%) threshold.  <-----------------------Port 48 is normally used for the Uplink indicating that the high traffic is leaving the switch to the Customer Network
Port Ethernet1/29 has used 100% of its bandwidth. It has crossed warning (80%) or critical (90%) threshold.  <-----------------------System connected to 1/29 is connected to DB01. Check the Exadata  Management Switch cable guides
