Symptoms

(Doc ID 3050104.1) caused an ASM disk to be DROP'd in a customer's ODA environment.

A workaround for ODA HA system where "show disk" has FAILED DiskRemoved (Doc ID 3050104.1)

 
When adding a dropped ASM disk, the following error may occur and the ASM disk ADD may not be completed.
