Symptoms

Subscription pod goes into CONGESTION state due to the high pending message count.

- Check if alert "OcnrfPodPendingMessageCountInCongestedState" is fired.

- Use the metric "ocnrf_pod_pending_message_count_congestion_state" to validate the alert is generated for NfSubscription service.

OcnrfPodPendingMessageCountInCongestedStat:

'The pod {{$labels.kubernetes_pod_name}} of service {{$labels.app_kubernetes_io_name}} is in Congested state due to Pending Message count above threshold'
