Purpose

If you already have a commercial license, you should download your software from the Oracle Software Delivery Cloud, which is specifically designed for customer fulfillment.

The purpose of this document is to provide directions on how to create a non-technical software & OS media service request when you have trouble accessing the software from the Oracle Software Delivery Cloud or the product version is older and unavailable for download on the site.
