Support Identifier with Advanced Support Assistance Service Only Does Not Give Access to My Oracle Support (Doc ID 1165298.1)

When trying to add a Support Identifier with Advanced Support Assistance service only to your user account in My Oracle Support (MOS), you will get the message 'This Support Identifier does not allow registration’.
If you already had the Support Identifier in your account and the service level was changed to ‘Advanced Support Assistance’ only, it will not allow you to use it for technical support via MOS.
