This procedure covers the steps to get your request to add a Support Identifier (SI) to your account approved when you are in status 'pending' and there is no CUA listed.

Please note that in status 'pending' you will not see the list of names of CUAs. Please click to send an additional email to the current CUAs.  If you do not receive a response, please call your local support center for assistance.
