"Username Already Exists" at Registration and
"No Account Specified with Username" at Forgot Password
How to request to purge an inactive My Oracle Support user account.
Symptoms
When trying to register for My Oracle Support or attempting to retrieve password, a user may come across the following error messages:
- At new registration, user gets "Username Already Exists" when submitting registration
- At retrieving password via Forgot Password, user gets "No Account Specified With Username"
- If user does not have an account at SSO level, there is no any notification when retrieving password and no new password is sent to mailbox.
