The purpose of this document is to help educate customers on how to monitor their bugs or defects after Support enters a bug/defect. As of July 19th 2013 we have added new functionality to track bugs/defects. In the Dashboard there is a new region for tracking bugs/defects.


This information is intended for ALL customers, business partners and employees, not just JD Edwards customers. This document will provide detailed instructions on enabling the bug tracker functionality which will allow you to track favorite bugs. These bugs can be marked as a favorite from an SR or added as a favorite during your bug search. At the very bottom of the document there are instructions for how to setup notifications when a bug has been updated. Please note that these steps only apply for published external bugs. Customers cannot add a bug to bug tracker if it is not first published.
