How to Change the Status of " Pending" to " Pending Oracle Approval" for the First Time Requestor of a Support ID (Doc ID 1301357.1)

Goal


If an existing User on My Oracle Support requests access to a new Support Identifier (SI), the User status for this SI will be "Pending".  The first time a User requests access to an SI they will be approved by Oracle's CUA_APPROVAL team with status of " Pending Oracle Approval".  This document will help the first time requestor change their status from "Pending" to " Pending Oracle Approval", then the CUA-Approval team will take action accordingly.
