Applies to:

Oracle Live Help On Demand - Version 1.0 to 1.0 [Release ATG v1]
My Oracle Support - Version 6 and later
My Oracle Support - Version 3.3.1.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
New feature added for 17.3 for users that get stuck in a pending state without a CUA.
The solution that was implemented was to add an alert in the Message Center (envelope in MOS), which lets the customer know they are in Pending and how to remove/re-add the SI if there is no other CUA.

The message tells them how to check for an administrator, and if none exist, then remove and re-add the CSI to their profile. They will then become the CUA and be able to manage the user access for that CSI.
