Scope

Exceptions:

  1. Cloud / CRM on Demand: This information does not apply to Cloud or CRM On Demand usage as these environments are managed and patched directly by Oracle cloud operations teams.  Any downloads needed for Cloud or CRM On Demand are provided directly through the cloud applications themselves and not via My Oracle Support (MOS) or Oracle Technology Network (OTN)
  2. Cloud and Non-Cloud Software: If your organization has both cloud and non-cloud software, you must add a non-cloud CSI to your MOS profile in order to download patches for those on-premise products.
  3. ExaCC and ExaCS: Exadata Cloud at Customer (ExaCC) and Exadata Cloud Services (ExaCS) customers have access to both regular SW patches and patches that are available only with Extended Support.
