This document will help to view the Reports without the previous known Tab Reports in My Oracle Support. It does help to create Service Request Report (SR Report), Asset Report and Inventory Report.
Individual Service Requests (SR) and their full contents cannot be downloaded from My Oracle Support.
It is possible to download the information shown in the 'Service Request' region of My Oracle Support to Excel. This will give a high level view of each SR including the SR number, Summary, Status, Severity etc.
