In the Service Requests (SRs) widget in MOS when trying to restrict the displayed SRs to only show those created by the customer with 2 first names none are returned when the customers full name is entered in the Contact Field
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into My Oracle Support customer portal
2. Go to the Dashboard
3. Go to the Service Requests widget
4. Enter full name and click on magnifying glass.
5. See no rows returned
