Is It Possible To Change the Default Time Out Behaviour of My Oracle Support (Doc ID 1527484.1)

Symptoms

On : MOS, version 6.4

When attempting to post an update for a Service Request in My-Oracle-Support,
the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
Because of inactivity, your session has timed out or is no longer active.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open an existing Service request in My-Oracle-Support
2. Click on "Update SR"
3. Enter a longer text into the dialog-box which takes extensive time to complete
4. Click on "Post update"

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update the Service Request and may loose all the text they have entered in the Update-SR-dialog-box.
