Symptoms

Even if included in a customer's known licensing base, the product Oracle Weblogic Suite does not appear in My Oracle Support, in the list of licenses for the SI (Support Identifier),

under Settings > My Account, nor can the product be found in the list of products available to create a technical SR (Service Request)
