Encountering Issues When Trying To Print A Document From The Knowledge Base In My Oracle Support (MOS) when using Internet Explorer (IE)

The user is able to log into My Oracle Support (MOS) and use all functionalities
The user is having issues when trying to print a document in the knowledge base
When printing, the user found that not all the information is printed
When the user tries to copy and past the details from MOS to a word document, the screen shots and charts do not copy across
It is expected that when the user prints a word document from MOS , that the details of the note content is printed in full
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. log into MOS
2. Click on the knowledge Tab
3. Search out document
4. Open the document by clicking the link and click on the print icon
5. This will open the page to a printable screen
6. Select print
7. Not all images/data is printed
