This document explains who to contact when you do not see a service name or environment in My Oracle Support during Service Request creation via following steps: 'Create SR' button, 'managed Cloud Services' tab, ‘Identify Managed Cloud Service or Environment’, select either ‘By Environment’ or ‘By Service Hierarchy’.
