Infiniband Patch Fails Due to NTP Errors

Symptoms
When running Infiniband patch you get a FAIL message saying the ntpd service not running.
ie,
./patchmgr -ibswitches -upgrade -ibswitch_precheck
Failed with Errors
[INFO ] ---------- Starting with InfiniBand Switch ###sw-ibb0
[FAIL ] Service ntpd is not running on ###sw-ibb0
[FAIL ] Pre-update validation on ###sw-ibb0
[INFO ] ---------- Starting with InfiniBand Switch ###sw-iba0
[SUCCESS ] Pre-update validation on ###sw-iba0
[FAIL ] Overall status
Failed with Errors
[INFO ] ---------- Starting with InfiniBand Switch ###sw-ibb0
[FAIL ] Service ntpd is not running on ###sw-ibb0
[FAIL ] Pre-update validation on ###sw-ibb0

Not that you may see the FAIL during prechecks or during the actual install.
