When Users log into My Oracle Support (MOS) a Warning Message appears: My Oracle Support Access has or will expire
This is a new feature in MOS 14.2 and is noted in Document ID 780132.5 My Oracle Support Release Notes
(Settings: My Oracle Support displays message when you login if your account is approaching the time it will go inactive because support identifiers associated with your account have less than a month before they expire. You have the option of setting the message to not re-appear)
This warning message will not keep Users from accessing My Oracle Support (MOS); it is just a warning.
The instructions will allow a User to unset or disable the Warning Message
