I Cant See My Favorite Bugs In The Bug Tracker Section Of The Dashboard (Doc ID 1669947.1)

Bugs listed under the favorites in My Oracle Support do not appear in the Bug Tracker, instead a message referring to a previously searched bug number followed by "was not found in the summary of bugs in Bug Tracker. Did you mean to search all bugs? Use the global search in the top right, you can filter only for Bug Database." appears. This message remains despite having changed the view or logging out of My Oracle Support and in again.


Why the Bug-Tracker section in My oracle Support does not display bugs that are listed as Favorites?
