Information in this document applies to any platform.
What would cause one to get the error "You cannot copy this Service Request because the Support Identifier is invalid, expired, or you do not have the proper privilege to use the Support Identifier. Please choose another SR with a valid Support Identifier." when the Support Identifier in question is valid and the user has the proper permissions when trying to log a new Service Request via My Oracle Support?
