ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

A Support Identifier (SI) which is displayed in My Oracle Support (MOS) > My Account is not displayed when selecting the view My Oracle Support > Support Identifiers when accessing MOS with a Customer User Account (CUA)
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The same SIs should appear in both views.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into MOS with user account
2. Go to Settings and view both the SI list under My Account and then under Support Identifiers
3. Note that the SI is missing in the latter
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot select access defaults, milestones etc. for this SI.
