Unable to View a Support Identifier (SI) (Doc ID 1967240.1)

Symptoms

On : My Oracle Support  version 14.4

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR 
---------------
A Support Identifier (SI) is not displayed when accessing My Oracle Support with a Customer User Account (CUA)


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The SI should be displayed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into MOS with user account;
2. Go to Settings and view the SIs list under My_Account;
3. The desired SI is not displayed.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue,
User cannot view the SI information.
