Information in this document applies to any platform.
An approved Customer Support Identifier (CSI) user is unable to access the Community site from inside My Oracle Support (MOS). After logging into MOS, clicking the Community tab to navigate to the My Oracle Support Community results in the following error:
If you think this is a mistake, please contact your administrator or the person who directed you here.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to My Oracle Support (Support.oracle.com)
2. Select the Communities tab
3. New tab or window opens and error is seen.
Due to this issue, the user cannot access or use the My Oracle Support Community (MOSC) site.
