Purpose

The Oracle Advanced Support Gateway (OASG) starting version 4.x provides customers the ability to access the gateway portal. The gateway portal will help Platinum customers to use features like password management, netcheck, etc. This article is a master note and contains references in detailed description of respective features.

Scope

 Applicable for gateway release 4.x and above running on Oracle Enterprise Linux 6 (OEL 6)

 

To be able to access the gateway portal, please make sure the Firewall Rules Between the Oracle Advanced Support Gateway and the Customer Network are in place as per the OASG Security guide.  Customer access to Portal interface for administration of the Gateway and access to services is through HTTPS (TCP/443). The portal works best in google chrome browser interface. Mozilla firefox is also a supported option.
