Column Width in the Support Identifier License Information window in My Oracle Support> My Account cannot be Altered by using the Cursor (Doc ID 2090001.1)

Symptoms

On : MOS version 16.1,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
It is impossible to alter the column width in the Support Identifier Licence Information window in My_Oracle_ Support>My_Account using the cursor

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It should be possible to alter the column width using the cursor.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Oracle Web Conference (OWC) with customer
2. Have the customer try to change the column width in the Support Identifier Licence Information window in My_Oracle_ Support>My_Account
3. The cursor moves and dotted lines appear but the width is not changing after all.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the information in the columns in the Support Identifier Licence Information window because the width is too narrow..
