My Oracle Support User is Unable to Insert the Organization Name While Requesting Access to a Support Identifier (Doc ID 2147831.1)

Symptoms

The User accesses the My Oracle Support website with their credentials to request access to a Support Identifier (SI). While filling out the required fields to request access, the User is not able to type the full name of the Organization in field «Organization».

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

1. Where does the issue occur:
The issue occurs on the support.oracle.com website.

2. When does the issue occur:
While the User tries to request access to a Support Identifier but is not able to fill out the Organization field with the organization name.

3. Who is affected:
A My Oracle Support User who tries to request access to a Support Identifier.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------------
It is expected for the User to be able to fill out the Organization field with the full name of the organization.

STEPS
------------
1. Log into support.oracle.com;
2. Select the User name at the top right-hand corner of the page to access the drop-down menu;
3. Select "My Account";
4. In "Support Identifiers", click "Request Access";
5. Fill out the "Support Identifier" field;
6. Fill out the "Organization" field;
7. Error: The User is not able to type out the full name of the organization.

IMPACT
--------------
This issue prevents the User from requesting access to a Support Identifier in question.
