Consolidated issue for users who are not receiving Single Sign-On Verification Emails

Some users who create an account on either or My Oracle Support at are not receiving the Single Sign-On Verification email.  This can cause users access issues, including the ability to download software at the Oracle Software Delivery Cloud website.
