Some users who create an account on either or My Oracle Support at are not receiving the Single Sign-On Verification email.  This can cause users access issues, including the ability to download software at the Oracle Software Delivery Cloud website.  To help users troubleshoot access issues, due to email verification not being generated or received via the "Verify Account Details" link in
