Users Not Receiving Single Sign-On Verification Emails (Doc ID 2162633.1)

Symptoms

Some users who create an account on either https://www.oracle.com or My Oracle Support at https://support.oracle.com are not receiving the Single Sign-On Verification email.  This can cause users access issues, including the ability to download software at the Oracle Software Delivery Cloud website.  To help users troubleshoot access issues, due to email verification not being generated or received via the "Verify Account Details" link in https://www.oracle.com.
