Symptoms

The GCHarvester collects configuration data and uploads it to the CCR repository daily. This job is failing:

Error encountered in retrieving update. Oracle Configuration Manager Server is unavailable (500).

The following errors can be found in the <Middleware_HOME>/gc_inst/em/EMGC_OMS1/sysman/log/emoms_pbs.trc files
