Applicable only for Exadata /ZDLRA Engineered system connected to Oracle Advanced Support Gateway (OASG) via SSL & IPSEC - VPN network.
Currently the OASG portal can only be used for below
- Viewing the current patch levels for Exadata / ZDLRA engineered systems
- Schedule Patch events for their Exadata / ZDLRA engineered system in advance for upcoming Quarters.
- View Previous Patching Requests and their Status
- Amend Changes to the Existing & upcoming Patching requests
If you have any questions or issues further on the Usability of the portal please reach out to your ‘patch coordinator’ for guidance.
