Oracle Platinum Services - Version N/A and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
Applicable only for Exadata Engineered system connected to OASG via SSLVPN network. Support for other Engineered system and IPSEC connected gateway is still under development. For such cases please reach out to your patch coordinator to schedule patching via conventional method.

Currently the OASG portal can only be used for below

- Viewing the current patch levels for Exadata engineered systems
- Schedule Patch event for their Exadata engineered system
- View Previous Patching Requests and their Status
- Amend Changes to the Existing Patching request

If you have any questions or issues further on the Usability of the portal please reach out to you patch coordinator for guidance.
