The Product Type Dropdown For CRM On Demand Is Blank And Therefore I Can't Make A Selection

On :   My Oracle Support version  16.1,

Trying to create an On Demand Service Request the "Problem Type" is not displaying values to select.

That the "Problem Type" list of value provide the different options to select and to proceed with the Service Request creation

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the "On Demand" tab, click at the "Create SR" button
2. At the section "Identify Issue - What is the Problem?",  specify the "Problem Summary" and the "Problem Description".
3. At the section "Identify Issue - Where is the Problem?", on the "Problem Type" field, click the List Of Value arrow

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create Service Request at the My Oracle Support site.
