On :  My Oracle Support  version16.3,

Creating a My Oracle Support account using a mail distribution list as account name
the account verification cannot be completed, mails received from Oracle.

To complete the account creation and verification in order to used the account with the mail list members.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a My Oracle Support account using the account name and email the name of a distribution mail list.
2. The customer cannot access to the account, trying to log in received the message  "Invalid login".

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the generic account selected a the mail distribution list members.
