While running OCM collect gives following output:

<ORACLE HOME>/ccr/bin/emCCR collect
Oracle Configuration Manager - Release: - Production

Unable to determine if mandatory packages available.
Error connecting to server.
peer not authenticated

Collection and upload failed.


WGET command fails with below error:
