Patch downloaded from My Oracle Support has different hash value from digest

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Customer may report to check if a patch is broken since the hash value is different from the one described in digest on the patch download window.
It indicates that the patch content is different from expected one. To check hash value, customer can use 'CertUtil -hashfile' under Windows,
ex.) $ CertUtil -hashfile C:\Users\<user_name>\Downloads\<patch_file_name> MD5
