Why are certain drop-down (list) menus not visible in My Oracle Support when trying to create SRs using recent versions of Google Chrome?

Customers are unable to Create SRs in My Oracle Support, due to absence of drop-down menu information, when using certain recent versions of Google Chrome browsers.
Apparently the issue is caused after upgrading the version of Google Chrome browser.
