Unable To Create Technical Service Request due to 401 Error

ERROR
User is getting the following error during SR creation in My Oracle Support when trying to include a Java code snippet in the Problem description field:

"A connection to the server has failed. (status=401)"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into My Oracle Support
2. Open the SR Creation widget from the Service Request tab by clicking the SR Create button
3. Try to submit an SR which contains a Java code snippet

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, the user is not able to submit a Service Request with that specific Java code snippet included in the Problem description field.
