This is the process by which an Installation Coordinator will create and manage Pre-Sales Site Survey Installation Service Requests. The Pre-Sales Site Survey Installation Service Request is created when: • An email request from Sales is received via the alias. • The Regional Installation Coordinator will create the Pre-Sales Site Survey Installation Service Request. • The Installation coordinator will own the Installation Service Request and be responsible for the creation of the Field Service tasks, coordination with the customer on an as needed basis and the closure of the Install SR.
