User is unable to view the list of Support Identifiers in My Account

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
List all of the SIs that the user has requested access to

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to https://support.oracle.com/
2. Sign in and go to My Account
3.No SIs are shown



BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot remove the SI that he got denied and request access again
