How To Drop The ORACLE_OCM Schema From An 18c Or 19c Database (Doc ID 2585330.1)

Goal

Recently upgraded database from 12.1.0.2 and noticed that the schema for OCM was added back to the database. Unable to find any tech notes that described the process for 18c or 19c tech note on removing OCM.
