Goal
Some users of My Oracle Support report having issues with the dashboard after logging into My Oracle Support, these issues can range from basic site errors due to corrupt customizations, or full site timeout due to errors in this dashboard being unable to generate the site loading action.
The goal is to get to the account settings where dashboard customization is reset without the requirement of ever landing on the dashboard.
