Purpose

Oracle provides Critical Patch Updates (CPU) to its customers to fix security vulnerabilities. This document defines and identifies the Core Siebel CRM patches and minimum releases that are required for the Oracle products to address the security vulnerabilities announced in the Advisory for October 2022.

Scope

Oracle Siebel CRM

This Critical Patch Update contains 14 new security patches for Oracle Siebel CRM. 12 of these vulnerabilities may be remotely exploitable without authentication, i.e., may be exploited over a network without requiring user credentials. 13 of these vulnerabilities have bolded, non-Oracle CVEs, i.e., vulnerabilities in one or more 3rd party components included in Oracle product distributions or are vulnerabilities in industry standard protocols.
