Scope
The Oracle Sales team responds to queries related to purchasing new software and hardware products or support services, new and existing contract clauses and agreements, pricing requests, changing the contract legal name, licenses.
*NOTE: This team provides essential support in English and other Local languages, during the customers’ standard working hours in order to address the incoming queries in real-time.
