Purpose

This document provides information on My Oracle Support - Access and Entitlement.

My Oracle Support is an integral component of Oracle’s support offering suite and is intended for the exclusive use of currently supported customers.  A Support Identifier (SI) number is used to identify you as a customer, this identifier is distributed with your support contract and is required to access Oracle Support Services, including My Oracle Support and phone support.

My Oracle Support users with no active SIs contained in their profile will only have access to their My Oracle Support user profile.

The following FAQ will provide you with a better understanding of Support Identifiers and how they are used. Please be sure to review and understand this information to help ensure your access to My Oracle Support remains uninterrupted.
