To learn My Oracle Support basics such as, how to search for answers in the knowledge base, how to access and ask questions in the communities via the Cloud Support portal, how to log a service request (SR), and how to take advantage of advanced features in the My Oracle Support portal interface, do the following--available at no additional cost as part of your Oracle Support contract:

  1. Login to My Oracle Support Portal
  2. Click on this knowledge document Id 603505.2 link or search for keywords “Support training and resources” and open the document
  3. Select videos based on your experience level, your environment (cloud or on-premises), your role or a particular task from the tabs provided on the landing page

The My Oracle Support How-to Videos are designed as short, step-by-step instructional videos on support portal features. Leverage these videos to learn basic skills, or refresh your knowledge, like how to search for answers in the knowledge base, how to access communities via the Cloud Support portal, how to log an SR, and some more advanced features if you use the My Oracle Support interface.
