Goal

This document explains the process on how to upload the Oracle Configuration Manager (OCM) file ocmconfig.jar when OCM has been configured to run in Disconnected Mode.

You just need to create a draft SR to upload the file ocmconfig.jar to the Oracle CCR Repository. You do not need to submit the SR. (See Step 4 below).
If you submit the SR by mistake, it will be hard closed when received without any further action taken from Oracle Customer Support.
