Purpose

This document serves as a general help guide to provide suggested solutions to use when a video in MOS KM does not play successfully in your browser.  MOS 6.4 and on removed the dependency of flash for video and introduced the MP4 format for any new videos posted. Depending on the video you are trying to view and your browser capability, you may experience issues when attempting to run a video directly from MOS.
