EGL9.2: Configure Filter Definitions Encountered Fatal PeopleCode SQL Error

Configure Filter Definitions page returns below errors :
1. 'A fatal PeopleCode SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log for details'
2. 'SQL error in Exec. (2,280) FS_FILTER_BUILDER.Configuration.Fields.OnExecute Name:DoSavePost PCPC:24759 Statement:380
Called from:FSFB_FILTER_FIELDS.GBL.SavePostChange Statement:1
During the execution of SQL, an error occured in the Exec subroutine. The preceding message should have described the SQL being executed'
Steps to replicate:
1. Navigate to Enterprise Components > WorkCenter/Dashboards > Configure Filter Definitions
2. Bring up any Filter ID.
3. Make a change to the required flag.
4. Click Save.
Note: Issue only encountered in MS SQL server database.
