Symptoms

While publishing the item to E-Business Suite, InvokeSyncItemListCallExecute is erroring out with the message:
P_ITEM in the APPS.INV_EBI_ITEM_PUB.PROCESS_ITEM_LIST API.
Cause: java.sql.SQLException: Inserted value too large for column: "ITEM" [Caused by: Inserted value too large for column: "ITEM"]
