Symptoms
On : 2.5 version when attempting to create an ECO after performing a revision change on a component the following errors occurs.
ERRORS:
Shown in raw audit of the CreateEngineeringChangeOrderListEbizProvABCSImpl BPEL process:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
a) Created a ECO
b) Released an ECO Successfully
c) Created an another ECO with the Revision change
d) Released the ECO and got errored with Revision issues
